Significant Accomplishments Regional Director
  • Led the Dynamic and Historic Eastern Region representing 151 chapters across 10 states and multiple international locations, serving more than 15,464 members.

  • Expanded regional engagement and transparency through a 5-part Presidents Town Hall series for presidents, vice presidents, and advisors focused on collaboration, leadership training, and operational support.

  • Increased member connectivity by hosting region-wide Fall and Spring Round-Up webinars reaching more than 15,000 sorors with organizational updates, resources, and programmatic initiatives.

  • Launched virtual resource and office-hour sessions featuring key committees including Program Planning & Development, Parliamentarian Council, Leadership Development, National Finance, and Scholarship & Standards to improve member access and operational transparency.

  • Oversaw major membership intake growth including:

  • Expanded collegiate presence by chartering of Phi Beta Chapter at the University of Connecticut in April 2025 and Phi Eta Chapter at McDaniel College in Maryland in Spring 2026.

  • Expanded international reach by chartering Puerto Rico Alumnae Chapter in April 2026.

  • Supported our dynamic Eastern Regional Representative in hosting two dynamic collegiate retreats In-Person and Virtually empowering collegiate sorors through workshops on Membership Intake, Leadership Development, Social Action, Collegiate Connection, Special Dispensation processes

  • Prioritized collegiate engagement and retention through a dedicated Collegiate Sisterhood Circle addressing student wellness, work-life balance, and sorority engagement.

  • Advanced collegiate accessibility by supporting Destination 22 fundraising initiatives to assist collegiate members attending Regional Conference, Delta Days, and National Convention.

  • Reintroduced and modernized leadership development programming through the inaugural “Press Forward Toward Your Purpose” initiative, focused on empowering sorors ages 22–30 through authentic leadership and personal development.

  • Implemented innovative wellness initiatives including monthly Family First Fridays, Press Forward into Peace Sundays, a regional self-care day, and expanded spiritual wellness programming through the Chaplain’s Council.

  • Led the impactful Supporting Our Sorors (SOS): Fortitude in Federal Service Series, providing career, financial, emotional, and spiritual support to members impacted by federal workforce reductions, including an event with 800+ attendees.

  • Explored dynamic programming like Lash Out: Unhealthy Cosmetics in the Black Community, facilitating an important conversation about beauty, health, and wellness with a conversation by industry experts and 300+ attendees. 

  • Strengthened collegiate chapter advising by convening more than 200 sorors for the 2024 Advisors’ Training in Philadelphia, 30 sorors for the 2025 Advisors’ Training in the Tri-State, __ advisors training in Maryland, and over 50 sorors for the 2026 international Advisors’ Training in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. 

  • Conducted Investigators Training in NJ

  • Chartered Phi Eta Chapter at McDaniel College (MD) in Spring 2026

  • 3 part Career Development Training series in March 2026

  • Advanced regional mental health advocacy through consecutive Regional Days of Service focused on psychological safety, mental wellness awareness, and healthcare worker appreciation.

  • Expanded digital empowerment programming through the region’s Grow With Google partnership, equipping chapters and communities with technology training and digital literacy resources.
