Reach Forward in Inclusivity

Utilizing compassionate and consistent engagement with all chapters in the region, with intentional and sincere emphasis on our International Chapters
Providing a safe space for our collegiates to lend their voice and vision while mentoring and guiding them toward leadership and our collective regional agenda
Launching the “Trifecta Bridge of Mentorship” which will serve as an intergenerational initiative to bridge the gaps between sorors of all ages while leveraging the skill sets of all sorors
Establishing the “No Soror Left Behind” succession initiative where leadership opportunities are provided across the region

Education Forward in Shared Understanding

Providing regional leadership and members with current and cutting edge technological training and the appropriate use of AI to enhance regional operations and leadership development
Building emotional and social intelligence to strengthen the bonds of sisterhood and communication
Resolving conflict before and after it occurs through empirical evidence-based strategies such as using Restorative Circle practices
Conducting Chapter Acumen & Leadership Round tables and Monthly Listening Posts surrounding Chapter Management, Membership Intake and the Nominations & Elections process

Expanding our Regional Day of Service to incorporate social action and an international lens to better include our International chapters
Implementing a Regional Day of Corporate Prayer to undergird the region with spiritual health
Increasing programmatic impact through partnerships with chapters and community stakeholders
Building and maintaining institutional memory of chapter programs to better facilitate program relevance and sustainability in the community

Sisterhood Forward in Love

Instituting a Regional Love My Sister Day
Creating a Chapter Emotional Fitness Assessment and Corresponding Toolkit
Promoting a monthly Regional Soror Spotlight highlighting the achievements of sorors in every state and country across the region
Collecting data to analyze and build an evidence-based repository to inform retention and reclamation efforts
